When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 10 days of its receipt, so long as the item includes all of the original packaging and contents, returned in new condition - CookingToys is unable to accept returns on used merchandise.
Your credit card will be refunded less the original shipping and handling charge (in the case of any Free shipping promotions, our actual shipping cost shall be deducted from the credit issued); Please note that all return shipping cost is non-refundable. This includes the shipping cost we may incur should a package be refused upon its delivery. No restocking fee shall apply when returned within 10 days, subject to the return instructions below.
If you would like to return an item after 10 days from its receipt, you may do so, up to 30 days from the order date; please follow the return instructions below. Returns after 10 days from receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the total order value. Items returned without all of the original packaging are subject to a 10% repackaging fee. This is in addition to any other returns fees applied to the order.
Why do we charge restocking fees after 10 days? Most retailers build the cost of managing returns into the cost of the item itself. At CookingToys.com, due to the limited number of returns made on the products we offer, we have found our customers prefer the best products at the best prices, so we have opted to charge reasonable return handling fees as appropriate, rather than build them into your initial purchase price, so we may continue to offer the best value on the internet.
Any gift item shipped to you from CookingToys may be returned for a merchandise credit that can be used on a future CookingToys order. Refund checks are not available for gift returns.
How do I return a package?
Please contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) prior to returning any merchandise. Many of our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or a fulfillment warehouse and the return address will vary. We will provide you with the appropriate return address at the time you request an RMA. Return shipments without a valid RMA number clearly posted on the outside of the shipping box will not be accepted. Note that returns must be sent within 10 days of the RMA # issuance, and in no case shall returns be accepted after 30 days from order receipt.
Be sure to insure the package contents as CookingToys is not responsible for packages damaged in transit while returning to us.
How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item, and we will process the return separately per the above. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account - no restocking fee shall apply. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please Contact Us within 48 hours of order receipt via email or call us toll free at (877) 425-4897. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Please be sure to open your package the day it arrives to confirm the condition and completeness of your order, and notify us immediately so we may help. After 48 hours, we assume your order has been received intact and complete, and our returns policy applies.
Prices are subject to change. We are human and do occasionally make mistakes to include typographical errors and omissions. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to reach you after 10 days, we will cancel your order, credit your credit card, and notify you in regards to the cancellation. CookingToys reserves the right to cancel any order that may be erroneously priced.
All items marked as SPECIAL ORDER, are subject to a 20% restocking fee should the order be cancelled prior to its shipment or if it is returned. Any returns must be submitted per the Return Policy noted above. Under no circumstances can customized or personalized products be cancelled or returned once an order is "In Progress". Should an error in customizing or personalization be made by CookingToys.com, we will replace the item with a corrected version at no additional charge.
