Please note: The order processing time for personalized, ALL Licensed Tervis Tumbler product (MLB, NFL and Collegiate), and some limited Tervis designs is 7-10 business days as these designs are made to order. For out of stock, back-order or drop ship items (items shipped directly from the manufacturer) processing times may take 3-10 days before they will ship.

IMPORTANT: For in stock items, A business day is Monday – Friday. For Example, If you order an in stock item on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday, making Tuesday the first business day. FedEx guarantees their delivery times, and we like companies who stand behind their guarantees.

For immediate shipment, please use the EXPEDITED HANDLING option offered at checkout to ensure your order ships from our warehouse within 1-2 business days on all in stock items. You may also want to consider choosing an Expedited Air service if you require your order to arrive no later than a specific date as the Expedited Handling only expedites the order handling process.

Free shipping is provided on all orders over $69.00 to addresses in the lower 48 states (see exclusions below). From the CookingToys distribution center in California , deliveries can take 7- 12 business days depending on location. For in stock items only, If you need faster delivery, at the checkout, you can specify FedEx Home Delivery Service - delivery within 1-6 business days depending on location (see transit time map below); FedEx Saver – delivery by the end of the third business day; FedEx 2Day – delivery by the end of the 2nd business day, or FedEx Priority Overnight – delivery by 10:30 a.m. on the next business day.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Free Shipping is only valid for items to be shipped within the Continental United States. Free Shipping is not available for orders that are shipped to PO Boxes, International addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or the US Territories as well as items listed as "Additional Shipping" on the item description page. In the event an order does not qualify for free shipping, while the order may not be charged for shipping at the time of checkout, we will contact you about any additional shipping and handling charges before we process your order. You may also contact us prior to ordering to confirm the shipping cost.

To better serve you, CookingToys.com will occasionally ship certain items from warehouses other than its primary warehouse in Northern California. In these cases, your order status will note "Alternate Warehouse" - shipping time for ground shipments may be influenced by these alternate warehouse locations, but in no case shall FedEx Ground Transit Time exceed 7 business days.
