In just 8-12 hours, Yolife can make up to 42 oz of nutritious yogurt from milk or soymilk in the convenient glass containers that are included. Or, you can choose to use your own larger containers to make up to 80 oz of yogurt at a time.

Makes fresh yogurt directly in the milk carton! Use any one-quart milk carton as the fermentation container to produce natural, preservative-free yogurt. Soy milk and goat's milk can also be used.

The YM100 has all the popular features of the YM80 with the addition of a built in timer.
