The 7” Rachael Ray Basics Gusto-Grip Off-set Bread is serrated with a rounded too edge, cuts throught the hardest crusts. The offset handle ensures the cook's knuckles will not touch the cutting surface when the blade has cut all of the way through the food.

Durability: Furi Rachael Ray Gusto-Grip knife is made from German CrMoV stainless steel. The blade and bolster is forged from a single piece of steel, and fitted with a strong tang for supreme strength. The handle core is made from ultra-tough moulded polypropylene (PP), with an injection-moulded synthetic outer layer of ‘superior grip’ thermoplastic elastomer (TPE, a durable synthetic rubber). These components are all very strong and will not separate with normal use. There are no rivets or wooden handle pieces that can crack or fall apart over time.

Comfort: The Gusto-Grip handle offers versatility and comfort made with elastomer moulding. The unique ‘reverse wedge’ handle design has a tailor-made finger groove with palm control grip. Combining design and functionality.

Grip: The handle is covered with soft thermoplastic synthetic rubber to provide a safe, slip-resistant, extremely secure grip. The patented Furi “reverse-wedge” shape prevents the hand from slipping forward even when wet or oily. The harder the cut the more the handle of the knife locks into the hand, making it safer and easier to control.

Sharpening: Forged bolster from the finest German CrMoV alloy (hardened and tempered to HRC56), for the ideal combination of edge retention, ease of sharpening and corrosion resistance.
